International Flight Booking Terms


  • The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  • Avaaruha could not able to confirm your ticket without full payment.
  • Avaaruha charges a non-refundable per passenger convenience fee of Rs.379/- for oneway flights and Rs.529/- for roundtrip flights, however, it may vary for few sectors/airlines.
  • There will be no refund provided by avaaruha for any partially used/unused ticket.
  • Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation. And for any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or airline promotion, please contact the airline directly.
  • Avaaruha is not responsible for any schedule change and/ or cancellation, clubbing of flights by any airline after issuance of ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • Avaaruha reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing the booking, cancellation, alterations, etc services provided on Avaaruha further reserves the right to revise any and all fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, levies and taxes for availing the aforementioned services.
  • Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s)
  • Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please get in touch directly with the airlines
  • As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same


Check in:

  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights.
  • As per various airlines, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
  • You need to carry appropriates travels permissions / documents (Itinerary Copy, Visa, Transit Visa, Immigration clearance, Valid Passport etc.) done before departure. Avaaruha shall not be responsible for any issues resulting from invalid or inappropriate travel documents.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Every booking made on Avaaruha is subject to cancellation policies of airline, which may vary by flight and booking class, in addition to INR 899 as Avaaruha cancellation charges. The cancellation fee is charge per passenger.
  • Some booked fares may not be refundable per the specific airline's policy.
  • Cancellation requests can be made online on our website or via email or telephonically through our customer support center. Avaaruha shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  • If your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact directly to Avaaruha customer support team.
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' or any cancellation/modification with the airline, you are requested to get in touch with the airline for cancellation/modification. Avaaruha will not be able to process your cancellation/modification and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • All cancellations should be done at least 24 hrs prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 24 hrs.

  • It is mandatory to contact Avaaruha for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Avaaruha by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.


Meal Selection Policy

  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

Avaaruha reserves the right to send communications via any communication channel including but not limited to SMS / Watsapp / E-Mail / Facebook messenger / or any other medium. User is free to lodge a request to disable any communication channel and the same would be disabled from Avaaruha end


Holiday Package booking Policy


  • Avaaruha holds the rights to Modify or Cancel the holidays, inclusions, mode of transportation, Pick Up Drop points, Fares.
  • Natuaral disaster or any Other issues happening in the Holiday spot or On the way, The refund and cancellation Policies are depending on supplier. 
  • Partially Used services are non-refundable.
  • All Modifications depending on availability.
  • Up to 7 days before the starting of tour, Customer has to Pay the 10% of the total Amount as Cancellation fee and 5% If any modification required.
  • Up to 72hrs before the starting of tour, Customer has to Pay the 50% of the total Amount as Cancellation fee and 25% If any modification required.
  • Up to 24hrs before the starting of tour, Customer has to Pay the 75% of the total Amount as Cancellation fee and 40% If any modification required.
  • After 24hrs up to Customer has to Pay the 100% of the total Amount as Cancellation fee and Modifications not allowed.
  • Convenience fee/Service Charge Rs. 500 or 3% of the total fare will be attracted during the payment is non refundable.
  • Avaaruha holds right to modify all kind of promotions and service fee at any time.
  • If Customer misses any thing in the package due to late coming or because of his/her mistake, Avaaruha can't give any kind of free support.
  • All booking modifications should be done through avaaruha. if any modification done by customer directly. Avaaruha will not give any support after that in case of any issues.

In addition to above terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you. The terms and conditions of the respective airline booked by you applies to you.
Note: is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event an airlines discontinues its operations, will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines. Avaaruha doesn't allow Ex-India booking on its platform and reserves the right to cancellation without prior notice in case of any such booking made on its platform in any way. In the event of cancellation by Avaaruha, Avaaruha will refund the booking amount to the consumer after deducting the airline charges and Avaaruha fees applicable.
